How to Get a Six Pack Fast – The Magic Combo To Get Abs!

Today we live in a world where looks, health and vanity are appreciated. Everyone wants to look good, loose weight and be attractive. Belly fat is a major obstacle in achieving a dress size of six for women or for men to get a six-pack.

So the key to getting a six pack fast and maintain a chiselled look is to keep a balance between diet and exercise. A lot of self-control and determination is required.

The first and most important step is our diet.

You should eat foods that are easy on the abs. that is, foods with low fat content and higher energy values. Foods like whole grains; fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry and fish are really healthy. They are a good source of proteins, antioxidants and fiber.

Secondly, drink lots of water.

Water helps detoxify your body and burn fat. It removes the excess “bad” fats or LDL from your body. Also it keeps you hydrated and energized. It maintains your metabolism by regulating digestion and detoxification. You can also drink low-calorie vitamin water in order to get some of your daily vitamins.

If you are already following a healthy diet then it is not impossible to attain six-pack abs quickly. All you need to do now is to follow a regular exercise regime. This regime should include cardio as well as weight training. The cardio exercise helps burn fat and increase muscle mass. The weight training helps maintain and increase muscle mass and also chisels your abs into the required six-pack.

Regular cardio (especially exercises targeting the abdomen) and weight training are the magic combination to get a six-pack. But either one of these, if done in excess, starts to loose its effectiveness.

Weight training in particular should never be done in excess. Ten to fifteen minutes of rigorous weight training, is more than enough to get a six pack fast. If you are already in the desired weight range for your sex/age/height, then weight training plus the following exercises are enough to achieve your desired goal.
