I’ve always been a scrawny dude with small arms, shoulders, legs, etc. You name it, it wasn’t impressive. I never had any desire to be a pro body builder or a fitness model, but I did want the confidence that comes with knowing I had built a respectable body. Several of Vince’s programs helped me to do that.
Using No Nonsense Muscle Building (NNMB) and Fast Mass Building (FMB) I was able to put enough pounds on my frame to make a dramatic difference in my appearance, and using the basic concepts included in his June 26 Wedding Workout diet, I was able to reach a personal best of 8.9% body fat, while maintaining 164.5 lbs of lean mass. I started around 145 lbs lean, so I’ve added nearly 20 lbs of muscle in the last 5 years.
My first FMB run last year resulted in a gain of over 6 lbs of muscle. I didn’t even recognize my quads and had to buy new jeans because I couldn’t pull the old ones up past my thighs anymore!
