A lot of people in this world, search endlessly for some complex magical formula to understand why some people are successful and why others are not. But it really just boils down to this concept of productivity; that you are going to apply the most amount of effort to the best of your ability in the a lot of time that you have.

And all successful people realize that time is the most precious commodity that’s out there. It’s the one thing that you can’t buy or ever buy back. So these successful people realize that they have a lot of time to perform a given task so that they have to give it their absolute all to doing that task.

Because going through the motions is the most disadvantage thing that you can do. That often when you do something wrong the first time, you have to go back and do it right the second time. Where if you did it right the first time, you never have to do it again.

And all successful people realize that, that they are going to give their absolute all, and put their heart and soul to any task that they do, no matter how small or how large it is. That they can be the best person that they can be while their doing it. That they are going to do it right.

And the major difference is that, successful people do every task right while the unsuccessful people do it wrong.

You know, you can look at these professional bodyb uilders; Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Dexter Jackson, Lex Wheeler, Sean Wright, Dorian Yates, Arnold Schwarzeneggar; these guys are the best in their sport, and a lot of people just disregard it as they had the genetics to be there or they had the steroids to get to where they were.

But a lot of people don’t realize is that these people give their heart and their soul throughout every single rep, throughout every singe set, throughout every single gym session. Every single day, for weeks, for months, for years, for decades to get to where they were.

That they won’t just go through the motion, but they are going to go through all mental barrier to get to where they wanted to be. And that’s the difference between the successful people and those who are not.

You know a lot of people think that what they do in life is beneficial, and they get frustrated when they don’t see the results that they want, that other people are getting.

You can say to yourself..”Oh…I went to the gym today, so I’m better off because of it” But the question that you have to ask yourself is…”What did I do in the gym today”..What did you do in the gym today, and how did you do it.

You can complain that you can’t build up your calf muscle. You can’t get a nice set of abs, or you can’t burn fat, or you can’t build muscle, and it’s your genetics that’s preventing you from getting there.

But, it’s nor realy about genetic as much as it is about the effort, and about doing the activity right. And this transfer throughout all fashion of life, whether it is working on your schoolwork, or whether it is about workoing on your business proposal at your job.

You know…even the small things in life, like cleaning dishes, or cleaning the house…Because, if you can’t clean the house right, how are you going to expect to run a fortune 500 company right? And all successful people understand that, that they are going to give it their all throughout every single task they have to do. Because time is so precious, and that they are going to do it right.

So I hope you understand this concept of prodictivity a little bit better. And you need to ask yourself, what are you going to do today. But more importantly, you need to ask yourself…HOW are you going to do it?

Bodybuilding with Male Pattern Baldness

Question: Hello Will, I am a bodybuilder who has been experiencing typical male pattern baldness for the past few years from a family history of hair loss and the use of steroids on and off over the years. Though I would like to follow your recommendations from your site, is there any single formula you could recommend that might include virtually everything? I know there are literally hundreds of new products out there claiming incredible results, but I don’t know who to trust, which is why I come to you. Can you help me? Josh Brandies, London UK. 

Answer: Dear Josh, In fact, there is a single formula for hair loss, or male pattern baldness (MPB) that has virtually everything I would recommend and them some! The product is called Proxiphen and is produced by a Dr. Proctor out of Texas. Dr. Proctor is probably one of the foremost experts on MPB and one of the good guys in an otherwise shady industry. If you read my book Priming the Anabolic Environment, you may recall I mention Dr. Proctor in the ?Avoiding Side Effects? chapter. Proxiphen contains minoxidil, as well as the prescription agents phenytoin and spironolactone (a topically-effective antiandrogen) SODs, copper peptides, TEMPO, PBN…over a dozen active ingredients in all. As far as I am concerned, Proxiphen will grow significantly more hair on people than any other agent or formula currently available.

Another plus is that Dr. proctor never sits on his success with Proxiphen in that he is constantly adding new compounds to the formula if he feels they show promise for MPB. The only thing I would probably recommend in addition to Proxiphen would be 1mg per day of Finasteride (Proscar). The combo of Proxiphen and Finasteride should grow hair on just about anyone in my view.

Ok, now for the bad news. Ok, it?s not really bad news but it s something you will have to take into consideration and deal with. Because it contains prescription agents, Proxiphen can only be dispensed on a physician’s diagnosis of hair loss. This is not as big a deal as you may think, but you will have to see your doctor to get an official diagnoses of MPB. You do not have to travel to TX to get it, but your Doc will have to communicate with Dr Proctor for you to obtain Proxiphen. Dr, proctor does produce non prescription products that may also be worth a try, but none of them will be as effective as his prescription based product.
